Everything you need, in one place.
ENGINEERING & DESIGN 01
The specific needs, expectations and process objectives of our customers are our engineering team’s top priority. We work directly with each client to understand their production processes, capacity and quality standards in order to design and develop equipment adapted to their requirements.
Our engineering team then starts the design phase, using the latest software to create detailed models of the proposed solution.
Our designs prioritise hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
PRODUCTION 02
Once the design is finalised, we move on to the production phase, using state-of-the-art techniques and materials to manufacture the equipment.
With over 20 years of experience, our manufacturing team is ready to bring your ideas to life, while ensuring that the implementation is faithful to the original design.
During this phase we prioritise the best materials and techniques, continuously keeping up to date with the latest advances in manufacturing technology to create exceptional quality solutions. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources that allow us to achieve precise and efficient production processes.
AUTOMATION & SOFTWARE 03
All development and implementation of automation, software and electrification are carried out by the Fazendas® automation and electrification department, following the latest edition of the GAMP. Our SCADA systems for supervision and control are developed in strict compliance with the requirements of 21 CFR part 11.

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST | FAT 04
Once the development process is complete, we conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), where we rigorously test the equipment to ensure it meets our reliability, efficiency and performance standards.
From stress tests to simulated real-world conditions, we ensure the equipment manufactured is up to its mission.
Therefore, our customers can be confident that when their equipment arrives it will be ready for use.
ON-SITE INSTALLATION 05
The next step in our process is installation and commissioning. Our experienced technicians carefully assemble and install the components on-site, ensuring they are mounted correctly, accurately and safely.
They follow a well-defined installation plan, coordinating closely with the customer to position the equipment precisely according to project specifications.
Once the installation is complete, our technicians meticulously check each component, making the necessary adjustments to optimise performance and ensure that the equipment runs smoothly and meets the desired specifications.
