Main Responsibilities
- Document review to ensure compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations;
- Review and verification of 2D and 3D models within conceptual design, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and technical requirements;
- Mechanical design and calculation of pressure equipment according to standards:
- EN 13445
- ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1
- EN 14015
- Use of specialized software (PV Elite) for equipment calculation and validation;
- Development of equipment with and without CE marking (PED) and ASME certification (U‑Stamp);
- Execution of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for equipment or components using SolidWorks.
Academic Background
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in pressure equipment calculation;
- Solid knowledge of EN and ASME standards;
- Experience with:
- PV Elite (mandatory or highly valued)
- SolidWorks (including Simulation/FEA)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Autonomy and technical responsibility;
- Organization and ability to manage priorities;
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
