Main Responsibilities
- Carry out metal fabrication and mechanical fitting work;
- Manufacture, prepare and assemble mechanical structures and equipment;
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications;
- Perform welding and finishing operations;
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to agreed project deadlines;
- Comply with all applicable health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Academic Background
- Vocational training or a technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, or a related discipline.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and/or mechanical fitting roles;
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings;
- Knowledge of welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, or other welding techniques would be advantageous);
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
