SALES TECHNICIAN

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up the client portfolio, ensuring the entire sales cycle from the first contact to deal closure and client retention;
  • Technically understand clients’ processes and identify solutions aligned with their requirements;
  • Support the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical and others) to ensure the effective development and implementation of projects;
  • Analyse tender documents and clients’ technical specifications;
  • Accompany clients during visits, technical meetings, and project phases;
  • Represent the company with national and international clients;
  • Gather and communicate relevant information regarding client needs and market trends.

Profile and Skills:

Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or another relevant technical field.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of industrial processes and their technical characteristics, particularly in the cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries;
  • Ability to read and interpret process diagrams; 
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and tender documents;
  • Experience in technical sales roles (valued);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Availability for national and international travel;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
